1. Warranty policy

Warranty period: Depending on each sandpaper/sandpaper product, there will be a separate warranty form. For submersible pumps supplied by Daphovina Company, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty conditions

We will conduct warranty for all technical problems caused by errors caused by the manufacturing process.

Warranty goods must have the original warranty stamp/product stamp/delivery note proving that you have purchased the product from Dan Anh Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

For damages such as: Breaking, damaging, causing deformation, causing fire damage and other similar cases that are not covered by the warranty.

We are still responsible for repairs, but the buyer must pay according to the actual cost of replacement parts and materials.

Repair or replace with a new one at a preferential price when the warranty period expires.

4. Return policy

- Scope of application: Apply for new exchange within 1 month from the date of purchase for Daphovina brand submersible pump products.

5. Return conditions

- Require to keep the original packaging and labels of the product when returning

- The number of times to return a product is 1 time

- Products that cannot be returned: the return period has expired and products that are not due to the fault of the carrier and not due to the fault of the manufacturer

* For undelivered goods:

Customers can call the sales staff working with them to negotiate a switch to another item.

* For delivered goods:

+ For defective products:

When delivering the goods, please check to see if the goods are the ones you ordered, are they made according to your requirements, and are of the correct type. If the goods are found to be defective due to the supplier, you can request to exchange them for new goods, and the company will cover all costs.

=> If the product is defective due to the customer, the supplier is not responsible for the exchange.

If you want to exchange the goods, you will have to pay additional costs and shipping costs. The difference in costs between the exchanged product and the old product depends on the product and the agreement between the customer and the sales staff.

+ For non-defective products:

When the goods have been delivered but the customer does not like the product and wants to exchange for another product. The customer must follow the following regulations:

- The goods are still boxed, intact and in original packaging.

- Check if the product is a special product (custom-made or not) => If it is a custom-made product, it cannot be exchanged.

- Any additional costs such as shipping costs, price differences between different products, etc. must be borne by the customer.
