DPVN.D1025 is a 2.5HP high pressure submersible pump using single phase voltage. With a sturdy structure and high corrosion resistance, our pumps operate effectively in a variety of usage environments.

Pump structure

The shell around the pump body is made of stainless steel.
Pump chamber made of cast iron material.
Pump impeller made of cast iron or stainless steel.
The engine cools and lubricates with internal hydraulic oil and external water to help improve working efficiency and save 25% of electricity compared to pumps of the same capacity.

How to install a single-phase high-pressure submersible pump:

When using, place the pump from the bottom of the well: from 0.3m to 0.5m (for domestic water pumps).
Only use single-phase submersible pumps with grid voltage from 180V - 220V.
The power transmission line must be large enough, 2mm or more.
After each pump you want to use again, you must stop for 10-15 minutes to let the water in the return tube drain.
Do not immerse the top end of the tube in the water tank to avoid all the water returning when the machine is stopped.
Place the top of the pipe high so that trash and rocks do not get sucked into the pipe and jam the pump impeller.
With drilled well water pumps, the machine only operates when placed in the well with water.

Safety notes when using:

Do not use submersible pumps to dredge wells.
Do not come into contact with water where the pump is operating.
