How to install a 3-phase low-pressure submersible pump
- When using, place the pump from the bottom of the well: from 0.3m to 0.5m (for domestic water pumps).
- Only use 3-phase submersible pumps with grid voltage from 340V-380V.
- The power transmission line must be large enough: 2mm or more.
- After each pump you want to use again, you must stop for 10-15 minutes to let the water in the return tube drain.
- Do not immerse the top end of the tube in the water tank to avoid all the water returning when the machine is stopped.
- Place the top of the pipe high so that trash and rocks do not get sucked into the pipe and jam the pump impeller.
- Carefully check the voltage of the phases before energizing to avoid phase loss, which can easily cause damage.
- When used, it should be placed horizontally so that gravity is evenly distributed on the two bearings (upper and lower bearings).
- With a drilled well water pump, only start the machine when placing it in a well with water.
Safety notes when using:
- Do not use submersible pumps to dredge wells.
- Do not come into contact with water where the pump is operating.
