DAPHOVINA rocket pumps are certified to international standards ISO 9001: 2015 for quality management system.
DPVN.C2040.9 is a 4HP, 92mm rocket pump, using 3-phase voltage, high pressure, deep suction, long push and energy saving.
The pump impeller design is adjusted as required to suit the usage environment, water level and water flow.

The pump structure consists of two parts
1. Electrical part

The engine body and core are made of stainless steel with high wear resistance.
Manufactured on the most modern production line, the motor is wound on a pure copper automatic wire that can withstand temperatures up to 220°C.

2. Wing part:

The body, wing core, and water outlet legs are made entirely of stainless steel material to help absolutely resist corrosion.
The pump impeller is made of stainless steel and POM plastic with high strength and abrasion resistance. With a light weight, the plastic pump impeller structure reduces the load on the motor, making the pump stronger and 20% lighter than a pump of the same capacity.

How to install rocket pump 92 (3 phase)

When using, place the pump from the bottom of the well: from 0.3m to 0.5m.
Only use 3-phase rocket pumps with a grid voltage of 340-380V.
The power transmission line must be large enough, 2mm or more.
Carefully check the voltage of the phases before energizing (avoid the case of several phases, causing pump damage).
In case the pump has a weak water load, change the phase of the 3-phase pump by holding one wire and changing the position of the other two wires.
Only let the pump operate when it is placed in a borehole with water.
For newly drilled wells with a lot of soil and sand debris, let the pump operate continuously for 8-10 hours the first time you use it, only stop pumping when you see that the pumped water has become dense and clean of sand (to avoid the phenomenon of sand). Blockage in the pump impeller leads to impeller burn).
After each pump you want to use again, you must stop for 10-15 minutes to let the water in the return tube drain out.
Do not immerse the top end of the tube in the water tank to avoid all the water returning when the machine is stopped.
